Treat Box - La-La Land Crafts Monday Inspiration

Hello everyone!

I hope your week has started with a warm and sunny Monday. Our inspirational theme over the La-La Land Crafts blog this week is "3D". I have put together a little treat box, featuring one of the recently released clear stamp sets with the Tiny Tigers

I have created a similar type of the box back in May 2019. I love the mini Sweet Summer Baby Marci from that project!

The box has both a pull out drawer and a flip up lid, which reveals a see through window, which makes it possible to see what is inside of it.

I really like the tigers! There are 12 of them in the set, each one of the tigers has something to signify the months of the year, but what's great is you can mix and match the tigers to create cute scenes for any occasions really. I chose the one with the heart and another one with the flower for my today's box.

I made an acetate belly bend on the lid which hold a card for a personal message:

Below you can find the list of the products that I used for my today's project as well as the list of the Copic markers that I used for coloring the tigers:

Summer Vibes Paper Pack
Tiny Tigers Clear Stamp Set
Heart Doily Die
Rounded Stitched Rectangles Die
Notebook Pages Die
Scroll Banner Die
Filigree Flowers Die
Cherry Blossom Flowers Die
Small Half Doily Die
Apple Die

Copics:

T3, T2, T1, T0

Flower: Y19, Y15, Y06

Thanks for stopping by everybody! Have a great week!

Just a Tag For a Crafty Friend

Hello there!

I have a bit more time to dedicate to my computer today, and I remembered that I didn't share a tag that I created about two weeks ago, using some beautiful chipboard from Leo Mammy

I sent this tag as a happy mail to Debbie, a crafty friend of mine from Florida. I have virtually known Debbie for 6 years now. Wow! Thank you Debbie! :)

Putting the tag together was so much fun! Besides the Leo Mammy chipboard, I used digital papers from Vectoria Designs, as well as digital vintage style labels from Tracie Fox. I also had a play with the crackle texture paste from Tim Holtz, which definitely added more charm to the tag.

In the back there is a pocket which holds a 'baby tag' :)

Here they are one next to another:

Nature is inspiring at all times! I love how this little project came together.

Have a wonderful day everyone! Take care!

Inspiration Monday - La-La Land Crafts

Hello everyone and happy Monday!

A new week has begun and we have a new inspiration theme at the La-La Land Crafts blog, which is "Green and Gold".

For my card I wanted to use the adorable crafty mice from the recent release - "Makers Gonna Make". I love the fact that they can be used for any theme or occasion.

I have paired the stamped images with a few of the newest dies too. I love the alphabet dies, and the re-released 'Heart Doily' has always been one of my favorite LLLC dies of all times.

Here are the links to the products that I used:

The mice were colored with Copics:
Mice: C6, C4, C2, C1, C0
Ears + Nose: R43, R20, R00
Paper: BV23, BV21, B0000
Marker: W5, BV23, BV21, E000

I also wanted to let you know that La-La Land Crafts is joining the effort of crafting community to bring awareness to a current situation in Ukraine. Irina has created an image of a french bulldog holding a sunflower – a sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine.

Thank you everyone for stopping by. From the bottom of my heart, I hope that each one of you, no matter where you are, will have a blue clear sky and a bright yellow sun above your head. Take care!
