This week our inspirational theme at the La-La Land Crafts blog is "Birthday". I love making birthday cards!! Here is a sweet card from me featuring the "Hippo Birdie" clear stamp set and some other products (all linked below):

This set is perfect to be used both on girls and also boys cards, just choose the color of the paper that you want :)

Journalling cards in pockets, with wax seal embellishments - Tutorial

Hi friends!

If you like to create journals and look for another idea of journalling cards, my today's post is for you. New ideas are always welcome, aren't they? 

Let's use some of our favorite papers and wax seals for putting together the below window pockets with tabbed cards inside:

Even though the cards look great as they are, I wanted to make them even better and added wax seal charms at the bottom. Now they look just right!

The paper that I used was from the digital kit "Vintage Birds" by Vectoria Designs and the beautiful wax seal was from Craspire.

Anything Goes - La-La Land Crafts

Hello!

We are starting off this year with the "Anything Goes" inspirational theme at the La-La Land Crafts blog.

I made a cute gift box with "Marci with Sled" (again), but had to cut the sled off, since it didn't fit to the box's top. I think Marci is still adorable, I really like this stamp.

The box is made out of medium weight chipboard, completely from scratch. It is not the first box of this type that I make, and I think it is perfect not only for gifting sweet treats, but also for putting a handmade card inside or other little items. Whatever one is going to store inside the box, it will be secure there. The box is sturdy and holds its shape.
