August 2019 Club La-La Land Crafts Kit Reveal

The design team is showcasing their projects created with the Birthday Kit and I am happy to share what I have made:

My eldest daughter is turning 6 in a few weeks and this is a wall hanging that I'll put in her room as one of the birthday decorations. 

I really like the sweet "Birthday Present Marci". I colored her with Copics:

Skin: E11, E04, E00, E000

Hair: E18, E15, E13

Dress: R89, R85, R83, R81

Boots: E57, E55, E53

Box: W5, W1, E71, E70

Ribbon: R59, RV06, RV04

The "Birthday" and "Happy Present" dies can be used on your birthday card over and over again. I don't know what about you, but I am constantly making birthday cards and these dies will come very handy.

My personal favorite from the kit is the "Balloon Numbers" die. They are great size and look like thick chipboard stickers if you glue a couple of them together and seal the top layer with Glossy Accents.

At the picture above you can see how the number six looks like, done in this technique and glued on top of the "Balloon" die cut piece.
